i propose a situation

you have to use the bathroom, really really bad.
but the water is shut off to your apartment and you don't know when its coming back

what do you do?

a) use the bathroom anyway and suffer the consiquences
or
b) hold it for who knows how long
or
c) go over to the neighbors and ask to use their bathroom and afterwards notify them that their water is also shut off.
